Steve Francks, RCE
Biography
Steve Francks, RCE, CAE is the CEO of the Washington Association of REALTORS®. He is an innovative leader recognized for his contributions on a regional and national level and is eager to combine resources with other associations. He acted as the 2011 NAR Association Executives Committee Chair, and was named the winner of the William R. Magel Award of Excellence by the National Association of REALTORS® during its 2021 Legislative Meetings.
