Courtesy Queue
Feature for Day 1 of Registration Launch
In response to the high demand on launch day for registration and housing for 2026 NAR NXT™, NAR is employing the Courtesy Queue process to improve and enhance the experience on the registration website. This queue acts as a first-come, first-served virtual line and allows us to provide you with a more effective process.
Why is there a queue?
We can manage the flow of traffic into the site and monitor the activity to ensure a smooth process for users as they complete the registration form. As long as you do not refresh, close out, or go dim, you will keep your spot in the queue! Feel free to work on other things on your computer in order to keep the page active, just do not close the tab.
Can I skip the queue?
No, the queue cannot be skipped and we advise you not to refresh the page as that changes your spot in line.
How will I know when it is my turn?
The page will regularly update in real time with your current spot in the queue. Please note that waiting time does depend on the users ahead of you in the registration process. We estimate the average wait time to be about 15-30 minutes; however, this is not guaranteed and is dependent on the current traffic. Once you move up the line and it is your time to register, the page will place you into the registration form. We allow more people in as space opens up.
Do I have to stay on the page the entire time?
Yes, to keep your place in the queue. The page will automatically update in real time with your current position in the line. Once you are on the form, you will need to complete each page within 10 minutes.
For the smoothest registration experience, NAR recommends that you:
- Watch your screen and keep the page active. Don’t allow your device to dim or refresh the page or you may lose your spot in the queue. You may open other items on your desktop and multitask, but do not close the registration tab on your browser.
- Have your M1 ID ready (as well as all the other members you are registering in the process).
- Review the list of hotels and their location on the map before registration launch and know the order of your preferred choices.
- Confirm you have a valid credit card with expiration through November 2026 or later for your payment and/or hotel guarantee.
- Continue through the process once you are on the registration form as you will have 10 minutes to complete each page in the process.
PLEASE NOTE: The queue opens at 12:00 p.m. CT on registration day. At that time, the system will select users in random order to enter the form. The queue will begin counting only at that time and thus there is no benefit from arriving early to the queue.

All registrations and hotel reservations are made through Maritz, NAR’s registration partner, and confirmations will be emailed within 24 hours. If you do not receive your confirmation after this time, please email Maritz or call 864-208-2643.
— REGISTRATION POLICIES —
Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations must be made in writing. Please provide a reason for the cancellation in your request. Cancellations received by October 23, 2026 will be refunded less a $35 processing fee. This cancel fee applies to all paid registrations. Refunds will not be approved for cancellations received after the deadline. To make changes or cancellations to your registration, contact Maritz.
Transfer Policy:
All registration transfers must be made by October 30, 2026. Send the request in writing to Maritz.
Promo Code Policy:
Promo code offers are not valid on existing registrations.
