First Aid will be available in the Hall B2 and Hall D Lobbies of the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center (MCCNO).

Lost and Found

Located in Lobby D on the 1st Floor of the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center (MCCNO).

Unclaimed items will be left with the convention center’s 24-hour Campus Security: 504-582-3040.

Where is the coat/bag check?

Are scooters or wheelchairs available?

Yes. Electric scooters or wheelchairs can be rented and delivered to your hotel. Advanced reservations strongly encouraged. Reserve by phone or online:
 

Scooters, wheelchairs or powerchairs can be rented directly through the UPS Store inside the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center. Quantity is limited and reserved on a first come, first serve basis so advance reservation is strongly recommended. 

Accessibility

ADA Registration Counters

NXT Registration in D Lobby and the Welcome Desk in the A Lobby of the New Orleans Ernest N. Morial Convention Center (MCCNO) will include lower counters.

Reserved Seating in Educational and General Sessions

NAR will have ADA reserved seating in both the Education and General Sessions. Seating will be designated with a white sash or band with the blue accessibility icon. General Session and the ballroom will have area rugs with the ADA symbol to indicate spots for wheelchairs/scooters.

For other sessions or events, room monitors or ushers will be available to assist in finding a seat or in removing a chair from a round table as needed.

Special Assistance Shuttle

ADA shuttle service to/from official NAR hotels and event locations will be provided as needed. Rides can be scheduled in advance, including for the entire event. Please allow at least 60 minutes prior to your desired pickup time to call for shuttle service.

The Ernest M. Morial Convention Center has water bottle refill stations at each restroom entrance and in the main lobby areas in Lobby AB. We encourage attendees to bring your own reusable water bottle.

The Ernest N. Morial Convention Center has a Gold Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Certification from the U.S. Green Building Council.
