Ray Gronowski

Ray Gronowski entered the real estate business 37 years ago when he joined Coldwell Banker Residential Affiliates as a market analyst.  During that period Ray was involved in the sale of new franchisees, mergers/acquisitions and selling off the company –owned assets.   He was responsible for over 75 transactions and was awarded the top franchise salesperson in 1988 and 1990. In 2010, he was recruited to his current role with Realtors Property Resource as the Vice President of Brokerage and Specialty Services.  In this role Ray will focus on increasing the knowledge and awareness of all brokers nationally to the benefits of the RPR system along with creating a broker tool set that will improve broker productivity, lower business costs and equip the REALTOR® with better statistical information to stay one step ahead of the consumer.  Most recently he spent a significant amount of time working with the brokerages on the Upstream Project.
