Nia Duggins

Nia Duggins is the Senior Business Issues Policy Representative at the National Association of REALTORS® where she works on the Advocacy Team. In this role, Nia works on a broad range of federal policy matters that impact REALTORS® business operations, including but not limited to anti-money laundering and terrorism financing matters; Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA) matters; wire, title, and other related types of fraud; and worker classification matters impacting independent contractors. Nia is a graduate of Bennett College and the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law.
