Lynne Miller, CPM, LEED AP O+M, MBA, RPA

Lynne Miller is a Senior Vice President with Charles Dunn Company overseeing office, medical, industrial and retail portfolios. She is an expert in property management quality control and providing strategic oversight and advisory geared toward increasing the overall value of assets as well as directing business plans consistent with clients’ goals. Her responsibilities include supervision of several portfolio managers in all aspects of management of the portfolios’ day-to-day operations, capital and tenant improvements, lease negotiations and financials in addition to client relations, property management consulting and new business transitions. With over 25 years of property management experience, Lynne has directly managed several class A properties and portfolios throughout Greater Los Angeles. She holds the Certified Property Manager®, Real Property Administrator® and LEED® AP O+M designations as well as a California real estate salesperson license.
