Lisa Herceg, AHWD, IPC – Director, Business Insights, National Association of REALTORS®, has over 20 years of experience in research with focuses on business insights, marketing research, and public policy research. She leads NAR's Business Insights Team and has conducted primary research with NAR members for 18 years, managing up to 125 surveys and 40 qualitative projects per year. She is also a former actor who still does some voiceover and film work on the side.
