For nearly two decades, Kathleen's achieved top producer Realtor status in the Metro Washington DC area (licensed MD, DC and VA. CRS, CIPS, GRI, e-PRO, MRP, SRES, AHWD, Crypto Certified Agent). Affiliated with RLAH @properties (Real Living at Home at properties) a technology focused brokerage and with her keen interest in technology use in Real Estate, she has been a sought after speaker reaching local and national forums, educating Realtors, real estate associations, lenders, and settlement companies. She has participated in forums, panels, and Young Professional Groups. She attends cryptocurrency, technology and real estate conferences. She co-authored a certification course through RRC, "Cryptocurrency, Blockchain, DeFI & NFTs" for CRS members. In 2022, she was named CRS Educational Contributor of the Year. She is also a mentor, LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance member, AREAA member (2023 Top Producer Award) and was formerly employed as a Senior Engineer.
