Jesse Anderson, LEED AP

Jesse Anderson is the Director of Sustainability for Blanton Turner, AMO, where he spearheads an array of sustainability initiatives for the company's extensive property portfolio. With advanced credentials including a Master of Science in Sustainable Development from Uppsala University, LEED AP, Fitwell Ambassador, and Living Future Accreditation, Jesse excels in benchmarking asset efficiency, managing ESG data, and ensuring local ordinance compliance in Benchmarking and Building Performance Standards. He also actively engages tenants in sustainability programs to elevate asset efficiency. Since 2016, Jesse has contributed his expertise to the advisory board for IREM's Certified Sustainable Property program, aiding in the development of a globally recognized sustainability certification for properties.
