Jenifer Hoffman

Real estate has fascinated me since I was 6 years old watching my parents build their house from the ground up.  Their move from apartment dwellers to homeowners taught me about “pride of ownership.” As a teenager I helped my dad with home-improvement projects and went to open houses with my mom for fun on weekends. Always a strong student, but with tumultuous relationships through high school and college, I lost my way.  In 2003, I got sober with a 12 step program and turned my life around.  I had worked in restaurants for 10 years, transitioned to social work, and earned a Master’s degree in Counseling & Community Psychology. I opened a boutique brokerage at the beginning of the pandemic.  Without staff, I manage all operations and have three wonderful agents. Listings are my jam; I really enjoy staging!
