Jim works with successful professionals, small business owners, and individuals to help simplify their finances, maintain their desired lifestyle throughout retirement, and achieve their lifelong goals. In addition to his work with individual clients, Jim works with institutions, not-for-profit organizations and foundations. He has spent his entire career building client relationships based on trust and respect. Jim has nearly 35 years of experience in financial services, and has been with Morgan Stanley and its predecessor firms since 2003. He is a Senior Investment Management Consultant, a designation that attests to his experience and skill in portfolio management. He was named to the firm's prestigious Master's Club in 2020, 2021 and 2022. Jim earned a BS in Business Management from the University of Wyoming Laramie. Jim and The Phillips Group were named a Forbes 2023 Best-In-State Wealth Management Team for Utah.
