David Stark, RCE

David Stark is the Chief Public Affairs and Communications Officer for the Bay East Association of REALTORS®. He manages the Association’s communications, media relations, real estate market intelligence resources, and political activities. Prior to joining the Bay East staff in 2005, he worked for more than a dozen years managing housing and community development programs for cities in southern and northern California. David holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science and English from the University of California, Riverside and a Master’s Degree in City and Regional Planning from California Polytechnic University, San Luis Obispo.
