David Sidoni, First time home buyer

After spending his 20s as an actor and game show host, David Sidoni began his real estate career in 2005, focused on helping first-time home buyers in Southern California (including developing a niche in helping hundreds of Disneyland “cast members" become homeowners). He currently works as a REALTOR® for eXp Realty in Orange County, Calif., and has become known as the “how to buy a home guy.” In 2019, he launched the “How to Buy a Home Podcast,” which offers tools, tips and techniques on how first-time home buyers can succeed in real estate. Sidoni’s podcast has more than 1.5 million downloads and was named one of the top 12 real estate podcasts by U.S. News & World Report in 2022.
