David Schnitzer, CCIM

CCIM Global President David Schnitzer, CCIM, is a partner at ASCEND Commercial Real Estate in Dallas, Texas. Mr. Schnitzer has spent the last 20 years in commercial brokerage and ownership, specializing in retail real estate, land, and investment properties. He is a board member for the North Texas Commercial Association of REALTORS® and is a licensed Broker in Texas and Oklahoma. Schnitzer is also active on the asset ownership side, with retail, land and industrial properties making up his current real estate portfolio. Schnitzer has been a long-standing member of The CCIM Institute and has served on a wide variety of Institute committees, in many capacities, touching every aspect of the CCIM Institute – including president of CCIM Technologies in 2015 and the CCIM Global President for 2023.
