Chris founded her brokerage simpLEE HOME® on the belief that marketplace reputations matter; empowered agents can be change agents and leaders in their communities; and a ‘community first’ mindset benefits our neighbors as well as the economic success of our region. As a committed and trusted community leader, she has served as chair of her local police dept. Facilities Evaluation Committee, a member of the city’s IDAHome project (to increase housing choices across the City of Idaho Falls) and most recently as Treasurer and founding member of the Idaho Falls Police Foundation, formed in 2020. Chris has spoken locally about housing at events for the City, Rotary, the Idaho Innovation Center, Regional Economic Development and ULI. She was recognized in 2021 as a recipient of the Idaho Falls Mayor's Choice Award for Community Enrichment and as 2018 local REALTOR® of the Year. Chris is the 2023 National President of the Women’s Council of REALTORS® and a licensed broker in ID and WY.
