Ari Rubin

Ari Rubin is the Founder and CEO of Flock Homes, the Retirement Solution for Landlords. Flock Homes uses the 721 Exchange to help landlords defer taxes and keep their real estate upside by exchanging their property for shares in a portfolio of rental properties.

He was previously a Portfolio Manager at Ibex Investors, a $1bn hedge fund based in Denver, and before that, served in a Special Forces Unit within the Israeli Defense Forces. Ari holds a BA in Geospatial and Quantitative History from Harvard University and is on an extended leave of absence from Stanford's Graduate School of Business.
