Beyond Average: Serving All Asian American, Native Hawaiian, Pacific Islander (AANHPI) Segments

The disparity that exists within the AANHPI community is widespread and is often masked by the notion that all Asians are affluent. While there are segments of the community that are doing well, there are subgroups that have homeownership levels under 40%. Understanding the subgroups is important in determining the needs of the AANHPI community.
