With nearly 30 years of experience as a leader in three Major Markets in the Real Estate Industry, (Chicago, Seattle and Madison) as a top Sales Agent, CEO, Consultant and active participant and leader in Industry organizations, Troy is constantly helping lead the important discussions around proper Housing Solutions and Public Policy to improve our Nation’s Housing Ecosystem Challenges.

Troy is the CEO of the ‘Thiel Team’ with the Real Broker LLC group based in Madison, Wisconsin and has sold over 700 homes and properties in his career. He’s also been lead consultant on design and marketing for over 40 Condominium, Townhome and Subdivision developments.
