Steven Stecker

Steven Stecker brings over 25 years of extensive experience in the insurance industry, having worked with Managing General Agents (MGAs), Managing General Underwriters (MGUs), insurance carriers, and brokerages. His expertise encompasses a wide range of professional and management liability lines, serving nonprofit organizations, public entities, privately held companies, and publicly traded firms. Additionally, Mr. Stecker has significant experience with alternative risk transfer methods, including captives, risk retention groups, and self-insurance groups.

Since joining Victor Insurance, Mr. Stecker has played a pivotal role in their Design, Construction & Consulting Practice for Architects and Engineers from 2014 to 2024. In 2024, he transitioned to the position of Program Manager for the Real Estate Agents & Broker Program, where he continues to leverage his extensive industry knowledge and leadership skills.
