Scott Louser

Scott Louser is a second generation Realtor® and has spent most of his career focusing on education and advocacy within the industry. Scott is the 2024 Vice Chair of the Legislative and Political Forum for NAR. He served as NAR Vice President back in 2012 focused on Political Affairs under President Moe Veissi of Miami, FL. Scott currently serves in the North Dakota House of Representatives since being elected in 2010 and was recently elected to his local school board in June. He has earned the state Realtor® of the Year in 2006 for North Dakota and has been installed in the NAR RPAC Hall of Fame at the $50,000 level in 2023 while being a member of President's Circle since its inception. Scott is the broker/owner of NextHome Legendary Properties with a presence in Minot, Bismarck, Fargo, Grand Forks and Dickinson. He lives in Minot and is the proud father of a son, Garett and two daughters Kamryn and Kendyl.
