Ronald Phipps was the 2011 president of the National Association of REALTORS®. Phipps has been a REALTOR® for 43 years and is actively involved as an associate broker of The Phipps Realty @ Compass in East Greenwich, R.I., specializing in residential brokerage. Ron is a keynote speaker, having presented in North America, Asia, South America, and Europe. He has taught and facilitated strategic planning, mergers, implicit bias training, leadership development, and media/spokesperson coaching nationwide. Working as a subject matter expert in real estate has kept Ron busy.
