As Executive Vice President of Customer Advocacy, Rene Galicia oversees Customer Support, the Customer Engagement Team, MLS Policy, and Strategic Partnerships for the nations leading MLS. Prior to joining Bright, Rene held roles at the National Association of Realtors as Director of MLS Engagement, and at California Regional MLS overseeing training, compliance, and data licensing.
