Phil Crone

Phil Crone leads state and regulatory advocacy for the Leading Builders of America (LBA), an organization comprised of the nation’s largest home builders. He collaborates with association members to advance housing-focused policies and political initiatives in key states. He also directs LBA’s advocacy in codes and standards with a particular focus on the International Energy Conservation Code and national above code programs. Previously, Phil served as Government Affairs Director and CEO of the Dallas Builders Association. During his tenure, he earned the National Association of Home Builders' New Executive Officer of the Year Award and Executive Officer of the Year Award.
