Paula is a highly sought out National Speaker, Strategic Planning Consultant, and National Leader entering her 21st year as an active REALTOR. She was the 2017 President of the Arizona REALTORS® and their 2017 AZ REALTOR® of the Year, was the Region XI Vice President for the National Association of REALTORS® in 2019 and is the Owner of both the Focus School of Real Estate and the Academy of DOM. She has been honored with Northern Arizona Association of REALTOR’s Distinguished Service Award and their Presidents Award as well as the Distinguished Service Award from the Arizona REALTORS®.
