Michael Lee, CRS, GRI

Michael Soon Lee, PhD, CRS, GRI, has been a broker for more than 40 years. He's the author of 12 books and manuals, including Defending Your Commission and 1Black Belt Negotiating. He is a nationally recognized speaker and consultant, who regularly makes TV appearances. Michael has spoken over 1,000 times around the world to most of the major real estate franchises and many state associations of REALTORS®. He coaches agents to generate more leads than they can possibly use and to defend their commission against an increasing pressure to lower them.
