Kimberly Offord, AHWD, e-PRO, PSA, SFR, SRES, SRS

Kimberly Offord is an Associate Broker with Coldwell Banker Realty, an author, mentor and coach, and an entrepreneur. She is the author of three NAR and Amazon real estate publications and four gratitude journals, including a children's journal. Kimberly is also the Founder and CEO of The Referral Store, LLC.  She has been licensed in the state of Illinois since 2006 and is a member of the Chicago Association of Realtors. Currently, she serves on the Grievance Committee, the CAR 77 Diversity Committee and is a past Chair of the Professional Development Committee. Kimberly holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Columbia College Chicago and a Master of Science Degree from Northwestern University’s Medill School of Journalism. Both degrees are specializations in Integrated Marketing Communications which have assisted her in developing several courses and workbooks on branding and referral-based marketing.
