Heather Placer Mull, CCIM

Heather Placer, CCIM, is a licensed agent with Shaheen, Ruth, Martin and Fonville Real Estate in  Richmond, Virginia, who brings to the table 26+ years of experience in the real estate industry. As a commercial sales specialist, she specializes in working with residential agents faced with commercial clients.  Heather is very active with her CCIM chapter and is the 2019 President Elect. She is the 2019 President of the Richmond Women’s Council of Realtors and on committees for NAR, VAR and RAR.

Heather started her career as a residential appraiser, converting to commercial real estate 15 years ago.  She holds the MAI and SRA designations through the Appraisal Institute Her expertise includes over 5,000 appraisals and feasibility studies in most commercial property types. Heather holds a Master’s Degree in Real Estate Valuation from Virginia Commonwealth University where she is also an adjunct professor.
