Edward Zorn

Edward Zorn has been a real estate attorney for over 30 years and has been the Vice President and General Counsel for California Regional MLS since 2015. As general counsel he is responsible for all legal aspects from contracting to litigation management, and as VP he is involved in the daily operational and strategic direction of the MLS. Prior to joining CRMLS, Ed's law practice focused on Realtor Association, brokerage, and developer representation. Ed has also been a real estate broker for over 20 years operating his own independent brokerage firm, and was also the Vice President and General Counsel of a multi-office franchisee within the Anywhere family. He still represents buyers that want to move to his hometown of Knoxville, TN. Serving the Realtor community, Ed has been on the C.A.R. Board of Directors, Legal Affairs Forum, Legislative Committee and an Ombusdman. He currently serves on his local AOR Professional Stnadards Committee and was the 2012 Realtor of the year.
