Charlie Hinderliter is the Senior Vice President of Government Affairs of St. Louis REALTORS®—one of Missouri's largest trade associations, with over 9,000 members. Since joining the organization in 2017, Charlie has developed and led the Association's government affairs initiatives. At St. Louis REALTORS®, Charlie leads public policy efforts to remove barriers to economic development in the region. Charlie leads the Safer + Simpler Missouri collation, working to bring consistency to building codes throughout Missouri. Charlie also chairs the Regional Permitting Collaborative, an industry effort to streamline permitting in St. Louis County and beyond. Charlie is active in his community and serves on several boards and committees, including the Boards of Citizens for Modern Transit and the St. Louis Economic Development Partnership.
