Charles (Chuck) Wells, AHWD

Summing up his mission in one statement, Chuck Wells is driven to  contribute to the Real Estate industry as a Speaker, Coach, Instructor and Peer Leader raising awareness, knowledge, skill set and the professionalism of the REALTOR community while in turn positively impacting the experiences of the public.  In 2001 Chuck followed his entrepreneurial curiosities into the field of Residential Real Estate.  Now twenty-three years as a REALTOR member, member of The LGBTQ+ Alliance – Oklahoma, Chapter President, WCR, previous Chapter President, and NAHREP.  Through his tenure, Chuck has served on the local, state and currently the national level exercising his passions for Diversity and Fair Housing.  As an agent specific coach within a large brokerage from 2016-2020, he cast even a larger net and joined a national coaching and training company in 2020, The Locker Room.   Super powers:  Diversity Education, Retention, Driving Agent Productivity, Cultivating Leaders, Creating Raving Fans!
