Anthony F. DellaPelle, Esq., CRE, is the 2024 Global Chair of The Counselors of Real Estate, a global consortium of commercial property advisors.  He is a managing partner of McKirdy, Riskin, Olson, and DellaPelle P.C. in Morris Plains, NJ.  In his practice, Mr. DellaPelle handles eminent domain, condemnation, redevelopment law, and real estate tax appeals. He is also a Certified Civil Trial Attorney by the New Jersey Supreme Court, and is the only New Jersey attorney selected to the Owners Counsel of America, a nationwide association of leading eminent domain lawyers.
