Al Becker

Al Becker is the President and Chief Operating Officer at Jack Conway. He oversees day-to-day operations, marketing, education, relocation and corporate services, as well as providing sales support to the company’s 22 offices and 700 agents. Since joining the company in 2007, Al has worked in many roles, gaining insight into all areas of the 67-year old brand. He began as Director of Public Relations before a promotion to VP of Marketing/Operations in 2012, COO in 2017 and eventually President. Prior to Jack Conway, Becker worked for 15 years in the newspaper industry as a sportswriter, sports editor, news editor and ultimately, managing editor at GateHouse Media where he ran a local daily and weekly newspaper group. Over the years Al has provided strong leadership as Jack Conway broke sales records year after year.
