This session has a basic structure and is open to focus on the questions from the audience to help overcome myths and better provide exceptional service to those who have and currently serve our country. Jimmy is a prior veteran and loan officer with years of VA experience. Andrea is a VA SME and has years of experience as her father and grandfathers were veterans. This class is sure to help encourage agents to take the MRP course!!!
