The Smart Growth Advisory Board meeting will feature speaker Tim Twardowski, Partner, Robinson & Cole law firm. Tim has supported the land use analysis needs of state and local REALTOR® associations for over fifteen years through NAR’s Land Use Initiative Program. Tim will discuss land use trends he is seeing locally in Boston and Massachusetts, as well as trends specifically in the Land Use Initiative resource.
Additionally, the Smart Growth Advisory Board will review the success of the recently launched Planning & Zoning course as well as view and discuss the recently completed Placemaking Video featuring NAR grant funded projects from Virginia.
