Description
The Multiple Listing Issues and Policies Committee's purpose is to develop and make recommendations to the Board of Directors concerning policies related to the operation of board-owned and operated multiple listing services; to prepare and distribute material related to NAR’s multiple listing policy so that member boards will be apprised of policy requirements; and to advise member boards of current developments that could have an effect on board-operated multiple listing services.
