Formerly the AE YPN Forum, the purpose of the AE Professional Growth Forum is to provide an open forum for association staff specialists, as well as aspiring and current chief staff executives, to discuss issues, share ideas, encourage career growth and development, and foster mentoring and networking. Forum concerns will be referred to the Association Executives Committee for consideration.
