Booth Equipment
Each 10’x10′ booth will be set with 8′ high blue and gray back drape and 3′ high blue side drape. Booths 300 sq. ft. or less will receive an identification sign. Booths larger than 300 sq. ft. may receive an identification sign upon request.

Exhibit Hall Carpet
The exhibit area is not carpeted. The aisles will be carpeted in tuxedo, a speckled black and white color. Show management requires that all exhibitors provide flooring for their booth.

The registration link will be available on the Exhibitor Dashboard in Map Your Show. Exhibitor registration opens on July 9, 2025.

You can find all of the official vendors’ services and forms in the on-line exhibitor manual. Be advised that you may be solicited by unaffiliated third-party vendors promoting discounted prices for housing, list rental and other services related to your participation in the Expo.
