Sneha Pandey is Product Manager, Education at the National Association of REALTORS®, where she drives the product strategy behind CRD's course portfolio and modernization. She draws on member insights, market relevance, and real demand to identify where the gap is, what a course needs to deliver, and which projects come next, then carries the work from discovery through delivery. Working with subject matter experts and CRD's education team, she grounds each course in adult learning practice, expert voice, and real transaction examples, so members finish with skill, not just information. She comes to real estate education from software development, corporate training, digital health, and global e-commerce, and starts each project with the same question: What value does CRD's portfolio bring to a member's next transaction?
