Alex Fahsel is the Founder and CEO of Property Shield, the only company in the United States dedicated to detecting and removing fraudulent rental and for-sale listings at scale. Under his leadership, Property Shield protects over 500,000 properties nationwide and has removed over one million fraudulent listings impersonating its clients, preventing an estimated $1 billion in losses for renters and homebuyers. The company serves leading institutional single-family operators and MLSs and Realtor associations including Invitation Homes, ARMLS, and MetroTex. Alex is based in New York City.
