Shaun Harper is one of the nation’s most highly respected organizational climate and culture experts. He is a tenured professor in the Marshall School of Business, Price School of Public Policy, and Rossier School of Education at the University of Southern California. He also is founder and executive director of the USC Race and Equity Center. Dr. Harper has consulted with more than 400 corporations, nonprofit organizations, and educational institutions, including the United States Air Force, Google, Nike, Microsoft, T-Mobile, Anheuser-Busch, Mattel, Major League Soccer, and the National Football League.
