Melissa Crockett Willis is a broker & VP with Howard Hanna Real Estate Services, and a leader with The Crockett Team. After graduating with a degree in Economics, Melissa joined her family in the real estate business and pioneered The Crockett Team.  She has played a vital role in the team's consistent success through her expertise in developing innovative, common sense systems that drive growth, elevate service and strengthen team performance.  The Crockett Team continues to be nationally recognized as a premier real estate team. 

Throughout her career, Melissa  served as Regional Vice President for Howard Hanna, in addition to the Vice President of Development and a national trainer for Star Power Systems, creating and teaching intensive, university style courses including Listing Specialization, Buyer Specialization, Team Training and Leadership Development.  Melissa has been honored to speak at numerous State Convention, Howard Hanna Conventions, CRS Sellabrations and NAR Events.
