Lisa DeBrock

Lisa DeBrock directs the Homeownership division of the Washington State Housing Finance Commission, a self-supporting state agency whose mission is to finance affordable, sustainable, equitable housing in thriving communities. As director of Homeownership, Lisa oversees home-loan and downpayment assistance programs – including the Covenant Homeownership Program – that help thousands of Washington homebuyers each year to purchase homes through a large network of partnering lenders. Her leadership also allows the Commission to provide free homebuyer education, financial counseling for homebuyers and homeowners, and the federal Homeowner Assistance Fund that helps homeowners struggling due to pandemic hardships.
