Giorgi Chigogidze is the Founder and CEO of Purlin, a real estate AI company he launched in 2018. Under his leadership, Purlin has become a leader in AI-driven real estate solutions, pioneering innovations like the industry’s first Fair Housing Model and image- and lifestyle-based property search. Purlin also powers Maya, the AI persona used by the Eklund Gomes team to enhance client relationships, win more listings, and streamline deal-making.

Giorgi is passionate about transforming the homeownership journey, improving agent workflows, and driving business profitability through AI. Before founding Purlin, he held senior leadership roles at a real estate joint venture holding company and worked as a strategy and technology consultant. He holds an MBA from UCLA.
