Carlos Rousseau

Carlos Rousseau is the Managing Partner for REACH LATAM and President of the Mexico Proptech Association. Formerly Carlos served as the founder and president of Orange Investments, a multinational real estate developer and investment company with a proven track record of more than 300 projects and an AUM of over $1B USD. He is a serial entrepreneur in the region’s real estate industry and has founded and invested in several companies across the real estate vertical such as Collective Real Estate, Hello Management, Zoe Real Estate, Buildpeer, Siila and others. He is a Professor of Real Estate at Monterrey’s Tech EGADE Graduate School of Business, Universidad de Salamanca, and is a mentor at the Urban Land Institute (ULI). Carlos is regularly featured in international real estate publications, is a public speaker, podcast host, and a bestselling author of Real Estate Development: Cornerstones of Success, and most recently, Proptech and REaaS: A New Real Estate.
