Angel Starks

Angel is a proud native Omahan. She is an Omaha Central graduate, who studied Elementary Education and Nonprofit Administration at the University of Nebraska at Omaha, and a current grad student at the University of NE at Lincoln for Educational Psychology. She earned her Nebraska Real Estate License in 2011, and leads a team of nine agents on Team Locale with Nebraska Realty. She has served as a local Women's Council President in 2018, State Governor in 2019, and Regional Vice President in 2020. Angel is a real estate agent by profession and an educator by passion. She is active on several community boards, including Habitat for Humanity of Omaha and the Omaha Area Board of REALTORS®, and has been the recipient of numerous awards, including honored as a 2012 Omaha Jaycee’s Ten Outstanding Young Omahan (TOYO) and a 2020 Midland’s Business Journal’s (MBJ) 40 Under 40 honoree.
