The percentage of people identifying as 'special needs' or having a disability in the United States is increasing at an alarming rate and accounts for 1 in 4 Americans. It is critical that REALTORS® are educated on a proper standard of practice when working with special needs and disabled clients. This session will review best practices and common mistakes to avoid to ensure we serve and protect the best interests of our diverse clientele.
