In this case study, attendees will learn how vision, ambition and a response to nationwide social unrest resulted in a successful real estate collaboration of 6 African American professional women. The two-year process from the formation of a successful investment group, to closing the first investment project will be explained step-by-step. Through creative financing, professional knowledge and a collective vision, the group was able to accomplish collectively what could have been impossible individually.
