Chances are that owners or decision makers in companies looking to buy, sell, or lease commercial properties also own their own homes, many of whom are your past clients! Residential agents may not know how to send a commercial referral or know who the right choice is.
In this session, we'll do an overview on some of those specialties such as multi family, retail, industrial, commercial, and office leasing, as well as how referrals are paid. We'll also touch on how to mine your database for potential clients to refer, as well as the importance of developing relationships with the right commercial agents.
