On this tour you’ll have access to the master-plan community builders of Lake Nona and Sunbridge, creating high tech, wellness- and sustainability-centered communities in Orlando and throughout the country.
Peer into the future with a visit to the WHIT house, a Wellness Home built on Innovation and Technology. Both a livable space and living laboratory, WHIT harnesses how you engage your home to develop smarter solutions and reimagine the future of home health.
You will also visit a multi-family apartment complex promoting a sustainable lifestyle and board a Beep vehicle that provides eco-friendly, autonomous shuttle service throughout the Lake Nona community.
Then join us as we travel east to the Sunbridge sustainable community currently in progress where the largest installation of Tesla tiles is expected to transform the way communities engage with renewable energy. You’ll be able to tour several model homes being constructed in this up-and-coming development that will also feature 13,000 acres of wetlands and conservation.
